Bernadette Eriksen is driven by passion for food and the opportunity to change lives for the better. She has taken that passion from her own home kitchen to become a leading supplier globally of advanced nutrition products including nutrition powders, on-the-go nutritional snacks and great-tasting pre-thickened drinks for those living with dysphagia.

Bernadette has built an enviable reputation as an innovator, entrepreneur and global industry leader. She was the recipient of the Telstra Queensland Business Women of the Year and Business Women Entrepreneur Award, and the Greater Brisbane Business Women of the Year. As well as appearing at Gulfood’s Innovation Summit, showcasing Flavour’s SCREAMIES “no-melt” ice-cream alongside the brightest brains in the business.
