Grant is Managing Director of one of Australia’s leading branding agencies, Davidson Branding and former principal for the successful Victorian Government’s Design2Thrive Program.

Named in Australia’s top 20 Business Leaders of 2021, he’s worked with more than 200 Australian and international organisations, including 30 of Australia’s top FMCG brands and nine Fortune 500 companies.

Grant is the proud recipient of over 100 industry awards and ranked as ‘one of the world’s most busy savvy designers’ by Business Graphics New York.

He contributes to industry publications and journals, has served as Vice President and President of peak design and advertising bodies, and sat on numerous industry boards.

Grant is a three-time Harvard Business School participant, completing studies in Sustainable Competitive Advantage; Leading a business through its life cycle; and Driving Digital and Social Strategy.
