Hayley Laraghy leads on investment across the synthetic biology, industrial biomanufacturing and future food sectors with Trade & Investment Queensland – the Queensland government’s foremost trade promotion and investment attraction agency in international markets. In this capacity, Hayley attracts international investment into Queensland’s emerging biomanufacturing and synthetic biology sectors, and assists synthetic biology and future food focused companies to grow internationally. Prior to this, Hayley worked for the Australian Trade & Investment Commission (Austrade) as part of the TradeStart initiative and has held trade and investment positions spanning food and AgTech, life sciences and biofutures.
