Jacqueline (Jacqui) is CEO the Sustainable Innovation Company (SIC) & also an independent Board Director, Chair and Founder of various agri-food & member-based organisations.

Jacqui is passionate about creating better food systems to help feed the world well & brings to the table strategic facilitation skills, a collaborative leadership style & an international network of agri-food industry connections. She leverages 25 years of practical experience in design thinking, innovation process, strategic marketing, consumer insight, global trends, sustainability frameworks, translating research & commercialisation.

Since 1994, Jacqui's held corporate & international roles with McCormick, Gourmet Garden, Mondelez, Accolade Wines, Constellation & EY. In 2015, she co-founded not-for-profit, FAN (Food Agribusiness Network) & stepped down as Chair in 2019. In 2019, she founded SIC, a boutique consultancy offering strategic facilitation & programs designed to create better products, services, teams & organisations. SIC’s consultants are based in Australia, UK & USA, offering global perspectives & a diversity of skills.

In addition, Jacqui is an independent Board Director for MLA (Meat & Livestock Association) RDC, Food Agility CRC, Travellers Choice & Chair of the Agrifutures Ginger Advisory Panel. In 2017, Jacqui was the Queensland recipient of the AgriFutures Rural Woman’s Award.
