Speaker Profile

KC recently moved to Australia following four years as the Vice President of Technology at UPSIDE Foods, where they led the design and construction of the new EPIC production facility. Prior to joining the cell cultured meat industry, KC spent two decades working in cell culture process development and manufacturing for biotherapeutic proteins. KC holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and a BS from the University of Texas.
