Multiple mixing paddle options available for various product mixing. 5000 Series Twin Paddle Reinforced Heavy-Duty Stainless-Steel Overlapping Paddle Systems produce thorough homogenous mixing of product in all areas of the hopper / bowl. The patented “HECS” High Efficiency Cutting Systems can produce up to 8,000 kg/hr on 1st cut and up to 7,500 kg/hr (125 kg/min) through 4 mm hole plate on 2nd cut. End Chute Discharge option is available to allow product discharge without going through mincing head.
